Every office visit and phone interaction has been excellent. Dr. Ghadri is a skilled practitioner with consistently positive outcomes. Not only do I appreciate his skills and expertise, but he has done a phenomenal job of hiring staff who are attentive to detail and communicate effectively with one another. Their customer service and patient care is really top-notch.

I recently had a gum graft completed at Premier Periodontics in Olympia, and I can genuinely say the entire experience—from scheduling to surgery—was exceptional. I came in with a lot of general anxiety about the procedure, but every single person I interacted with made the process easier, calmer, and far more comfortable than I ever expected. Sandra, who handled my scheduling and insurance, was the first person I spoke with, and she immediately set the tone. She was warm, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find appointment times that worked with my schedule. It never felt transactional—she truly cared. On the clinical side, Dr. Ghadri and Maggi were incredible. They approached everything with such calm confidence and kindness that I felt myself relax almost instantly. They explained each step and made the procedure feel surprisingly easy. I walked out thinking, “That was it?”—which is not something I ever thought I’d say about a gum graft. After surgery, Dianna, the office manager, personally checked in on me that evening. She let me know another team member would reach out the next day, and they did. Dr. Ghadri and his staff are fantastic. The office has a real personal feel to it, my care plan has felt intentionally created, and the care has been top notch. I initially came here for a second opinion after going to another Periodontist in the area, and I ended up transferring care because my experience was so much better. Where other offices have been sterile and impersonal, Dr. Ghadri and his staff, especially Christina, have been personable and friendly. Other offices have also rushed over my concerns and suggested treatment plans that--after talking with Dr. Ghadri--I've come to realize were also rushed and not in the best interest of my health. If you come here for a cleaning, you can also rest easy. Liz is easily one of the best hygienists I've had. She lets you know what she's going to do before she does it, has a light touch, and makes sure you're comfortable. As someone who's had a lot of dental work done, I highly recommend this office.
